 Border might be getting smaller and divides higher, and the coming fall may be all about tunic divides, but shifting great divided outfits stay amongst the look.  They are still on pattern, still head switching, and still a declaration to create. And summer year is all about claims.  Developer Jessica Choay might be before springtime 2014 bend in coupling short outfits with great cuts but, like so many other styles, that is not a declaration everyone is willing to create – great divided, ground duration outfits should be.
